There could be a number of reasons such as you need to be a registered tCL member, or you have chosen the wrong menu option, or you are not logged in correctly.

 

All CCC alumni have been given a userid and password for the tCL website.

Active members can access the member’s area and register for conferences.

Alumni and inactive members can subscribe/renew membership and also register for conferences once they are active members.
